Super Space-Stronaut 64 Completed

The modifications I made are as follows:

- Added the Jet boost with its meter from the 2D version of the game

- Fixed the movement system so that the character no longer locks up (if you want to see what I had to fix I put a build with the broken movement system in the files)

- Created a new environment piece with particles that affects the players gravity
